E.P.S. Policies
Payments are due weekly, monthly or quarterly at the start of that time period. Methods can be cash, check, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.
4 make-up lessons are allowed per student per fiscal year. These are to be used in the case of sickness, vacations or other events.
To qualify for a make-up lesson at least 24hr notice is required. If a student cannot attend any of the make- up times offered there will be no credit or refund.
At least 1 month advance notice should be given for extended vacations or other events that would cause a pause in lessons for 2 weeks or more.
Students should arrive at their scheduled time. If a lesson begins early, it will end early. Late students can finish the remaining time but not extend past schedule.
Weekly practice is defined as following instructions as written by the teacher. This does not include playing other music or finished songs.
Required weekly practice: *Beginners 30-60 minutes *Intermediate 60-90 minutes *Advanced 90+ minutes.
Students not able to maintain the minimum amount of practice or not cooperating well during lessons will be asked to take a break for at least 1 quarter.
*Students grades 1-6 set a timer and write daily minutes in their lesson notebook and have a parent sign for the total.
